What is Rock Bottom?
Rock Bottom is a 1-hour class that focuses on sculpting your legs, hips, and booty for a strong lean lower body. This class incorporates cardio moves to get the heart pumping and torch those calories. All moves in our Rock Bottom class are done using dumbells, barbells, bands, gliders, and body weights to tone and tighten, helping you build a shapely “rock bottom” bum!
